Evening Classes

Check out our new class schedule starting May 1. Fresh look, same great workouts with updated class names that better reflect the effort you bring every day.



Squash and Squash 57

There's a spot for you on court. Ranking Ladder, Tuesday Round Robin, Wednesday Night League, plus Social Night on Friday, May 22. Contact us if you're interested in squash at LRC.


Gym

Have you seen the new paint? More storage and new weights are on the way. Your workout space keeps getting better.


Spin

The weather's improving for outdoor cycling — but the indoor studio has no traffic, no headwinds, and no bugs. Air-conditioned, morning and evening. Come ride. Check out the full spin schedule and find your ride..

Music Bingo!

Open Mic Friday May 22 at 7 pm with your MC: Port Elgin Pete! The Club is open for you to enjoy live music and have some fun! Want to see what an Open Mic night is like? Check out our Facebook post.

Mental Health Talk

Join us for a mental health talk hosted by Mandy Kent. Her talk "Movement is Magic for your Mind: Ways to use your body to support your good mood," on Thursday, May 21, from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the lounge.


Pro Tips

Movement is magic for your mind - small moves, better mood, brighter days. Our very own Jeff Virgo offers this tip as well: “Whether it’s a quiet walk with your dog, a group class, or a competitive sport, being active provides that essential escape to reset your mind and body."
