Spring Class Schedule

Updated seasonally to offer you the best selection of group fitness classes and a variety of great instructors. Memberships include UNLIMITED classes!

Class Descriptions

Class Descriptions:

BODYBLAST — High-energy Total-body workout; The perfect way to start your week! Adaptable to all levels.

BURN — Full body strength-training working all your major muscle groups, ended with a 5-minute cardio burn.

BUTTS’N’GUTS — This class specifically targets your glutes and core, while also delivering a total-body workout.

ELDOA —  Balance, Posture + Longevity—Healing in body, mind & spirit through a series of poses.

FURY45— A fast and furious, 45-minute strength-based tabata workout, designed to make you sweat.

GET.IT.DONE. — Early morning Strength-based tabata workout.  MUST HAVE 10 PARTICIPANTS FOR CLASS TO RUN

LITE FIT— This low impact class is designed for the older adult and those wanting to work on endurance, mobility, balance and flexibility.

LIGHTER FIT — This 45-minute class is a great starting point for older adults, those recovering from an injury or those just starting on an exercise program.  The focus is on functional movement, balance and flexibility.

MUSCLE MANIA — Endurance and weight training come together on Sunday for this great total-body workout .

PILATES -Mat/X-Strength/Full-Body— Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements. Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations and are suitable for all levels.  Promotes mobility/strength of major muscle groups.

SCULPT— Strength-based, stretching is emphasized to increase motion and help achieve a long, lean, toned look.

MOUNTAIN CLIMB SPIN — High-energy Interval training takes you through various mountains, hills and valleys.

SPIN/Tri-a-Sprint SPIN/Motivational SPIN— intense cardio workout, you control the speed & tension.  Be led on a ride by one of our certified instructors.

YOGA/Budokon YOGA—Fluid movement with a concentration on the breath and proper posture. Unwind with YOGA at Lakeshore.
