'The Club' is Open to the public Wednesday's from 6pm-10pm Upstairs at Lakeshore Recreation.

At 'The Club', we offer an exclusive pre/post workout coffee social with members, every weekday morning. Join & meet new friends, and old, after your morning workout for a $2/coffee.
