And in the evening for our members and guests get together to be social and connect.

The Club

'The Club' is Open to the public Monday through Thursday from 5-10 pm, and Open Sunday from noon- 8pm. Upstairs at Lakeshore Recreation.

At 'The Club', we offer an exclusive pre/post workout coffee social with members, every weekday morning. Join & meet new friends, and old, after your morning workout for a $2/coffee.

We also have a licensed lounge and beautiful outdoor patio, along with TV's and pool tables. A pleasant staff and inviting atmosphere. Enjoy a great view of our squash court and spin studio while you're up here. We have exciting menu options and NFL, Leafs, Raptors, Jays games and more sports!. We also have items that will make you have to get back down into the gym; like the BEST WINGS IN TOWN! Enjoy Three Sheets draft beer, wine & tasty handmade cocktails while you spend time with friends. Monday Wing Nights, FunRaiser Trivia Nights, Tuesday Night Line Dancing, and watch out for... Ping Pong. It will keep you coming back to 'The Club' at Lakeshore Recreation.

Private/In-house Event Bookings, outside of Club Hours on Fridays & Saturdays may be available. Please inquire online.
