Squash and Squash57

Intro to Squash 57 sessions continue on the second and fourth Tue in February. Sign up at reception. Squash Ladder and League for regular squash continues.

Fitness Classes

Lighter Fit is a beginner-friendly 45-minute class for older adults, injury recovery, or anyone new to exercise—focused on functional movement, balance, and flexibility. Tue & Thu at 10:30 AM. Check out our class schedule with over 30 classes per week to choose from for all levels.

Gym

Join LRC’s Push-Up Challenge Feb 5–27. sign up, track your reps, and be part of our community effort now. Learn more and link to sign up.

SPIN

Check out our 5 part SPIN series to get the most of of your SPIN class or if you have never done a class before. Covers: What is SPIN, Bike Set-Up Matters, Posture and Pedaling, What to Expect in a SPIN Class and Cool Down and Recovery. Plus, meet the SPIN team.
