Push-Up Challenge | Feb 5–27
Lakeshore Recreation is taking on the Push-Up Challenge—2,000 reps in 23 days—to support better mental health and honour the 2,000 lives lost to suicide each day worldwide.
Everyone Welcome
This is a community challenge for everyone (members, friends, and family), and you can join solo or create a team and be part of the Lakeshore Recreation Community.
We’re fundraising for CMHA Grey Bruce—and the funds stay local in our region.
How to Participate
You’ll use the PushUp Challenge App, which sets a daily target to keep you on pace, offers alternative exercises if push-ups aren’t your thing, and tracks everyone’s progress.
Our instructor team is already in—look for LS Fitness Crew in the app. Join the team and/or donate.
