Evening Classes

Don't let your evenings go to waste! Spin and Kangoo are just some of what we offer after hours — with classes running throughout the week, there's something for every level and every schedule. Check out the full class schedule and make your evenings count.



Squash and Squash 57

Wednesday night league restarts, Racquets & Rounds social night.  Squash 57, round robin play and instruction runs every other Tuesday an  Sunday drop-in instructional Squash too. Contact us if you're interested in squash at LRC.


Gym

Get ready for outdoor activities, including Pickleball, Slow Pitch and Hiking. Check out our 6 part series (coming soon) on getting ready for Pickleball this spring!


Spin Evenings

Looking for a great workout after hours? Lakeshore's evening spin classes deliver high-energy rides led by certified instructors who bring the motivation, the music, and the fun. Newest to the team, Amy Jones rides Wednesdays at 6:30 pm — but there's an evening class to fit any schedule. Check out the full spin schedule and find your ride..

Open Mic Night and Music Bingo!

Open Mic Friday Apr 10 and Friday Apr 24 for Music Bingo @ 7 PM with your MC: Port Elgin Pete! The Club is open for you to enjoy live music and have some fun! Want to see what an Open Mic night is like? Check out our Facebook post.

Pro Tips

Stay Active at the Gym this Spring & Summer. Combine aerobic exercise (jogging, walking, biking) with resistance training (moderate weight lifting) to help prevent and manage heart disease. And, to keep you healthy playing your favourite sports and enjoying the outdoors this summer.
