Updated seasonally to offer you the best selection of group fitness classes and a variety of great instructors.

Class Descriptions

BODYBLAST — High-energy Total-body workout; The perfect way to start your week! Adaptable to all levels

BOOT CAMP — Challenging 45-minute Boot Camp workout with Sgt. Liz, 

BURN — Full body strength-training working all your major muscle groups, ended with a 5-minute cardio burn

‘BUTTS & GUTS’— This class specifically targets your glutes and core, while also delivering a total-body workout

ELDOA —  Balance, Posture + Longevity—Healing in body, mind & spirit through a series of poses

FURY45— A fast and furious, 45-minute strength-based Tabata workout, designed to make you sweat

GET.IT.DONE. — An early morning strength-based Tabata workout.

*MUST HAVE 10 PARTICIPANTS FOR CLASS TO RUN* (Sign-up at reception).

LITE FIT— Improve balance, agility, co-ordination and strength. This low-impact class is designed for mobile seniors

LIGHTER FIT — This 45-minute class is more accessible for seniors, those starting out or recovering from injury

MUSCLE MANIA — Endurance and weight training come together on Sunday for this great total-body workout

SCULPT— Strength-based, stretching is emphasized to increase motion and help achieve a long, lean, toned look

MOUNTIAN CLIMB SPIN — High-energy Interval training takes you through various mountains, hills and valleys

SPIN — intense cardio workout, you control the speed & tension. Be led on a ride by one of our certified instructors

YOGA—Fluid movement with a concentration on the breath and proper posture. Unwind with YOGA at Lakeshore


POUND! —All fitness levels, let loose, get energized, tone up and rockin’ it out  FEBRUARY 6TH AND 13TH ONLY (Sign-Up at reception).

CARDIO CIRCUIT (Heart Month)— Experience Blending cardio and strength exercises in a dynamic circuit format. FEBRUARY 20TH AND 27TH ONLY
