Class Schedule

September 2023

Updated monthly to offer you the best selection of group fitness classes and a variety of instructors.

Class Descriptions

Butts & Guts - Overall body workout with emphasis on the glutes and core. Guaranteed to make you sweat!

 

Cardio Dance Fusion – A latin inspired cardio dance with Professional Dancer Andrea Ziegler      (4 weeks only) $50 for 4 wks or $15 for pop in

 

Cardio/Core Pyramids - We will work in a pyramid format, going up in time and back down. As with all HIIT workouts we’re going to get the heart pumping, but give you different options and
modifications!

 

Fury - 45 minutes of Fury. This athletic workout incorporates 2, 14 minute circuits with 5 minutes of mobility/range of motion. Guaranteed to leave you sweaty and feeling good!

 

HiiT - Short periods of intense Cardio and Strength exercises that will get your heart rate up quickly. Weights and various other equipment will be used.

 

Lighter Fit – This workout can be completed while sitting or standing. Focusing on range of movement, balance, and strength.

 

Lite Fit - A combination of cardio, resistance, and balance training. Geared toward the mature adult.

 

Muscle Mania - A high intensity workout designed to take you out of your comfort zone while working all your muscle groups.

 

Rise & Grind - An early morning strength based tabata workout.

 

Sculpt – “Sculpt” is a strength building, flexibility and posture focused class that is adaptable for all levels of fitness and leaves participants feeling taller and stronger. 

 

Spin w/ Bill - Hills, HiiT, Intervals  

SPIN:  These classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our instructors will lead you through a series of drills to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level.
*18 Participant bikes—call to reserve a bike 2 days ahead                       

 

Yoga Stretch and Flow - Improve your range of motion, increase circulation, and calm.

Yoga (Tuesday)  - Hatha classes- a flow class with gentle flow positions. Appropriate for all ages.

Yoga (Thursday) - This is a great place to learn relaxation techniques, beginner poses and become comfortable with yoga.

 

ALL OF  OUR CLASSES ARE DESIGNED FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS.  OPTIONS AND MODIFICATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE INSTRUCTORS
