Current Class Schedule

Lisa is away not available to teach her 6PM Pilates & Barre from August 28th to September 18th, .

Classes will resume on the 23rd of Sept.

Jen will be teaching a Special Wednesday, 8:15am, EVERYDAY MOBILITY (description below), while Lisa is away on Sept 3rd, 10th & 17th.
