Early Bird Classes

GET.IT.DONE on Tue and Thu @ 6:15 am. Early morning strength-based tabata workout designed to make you sweat. Check out our class schedule with over 30 classes per week to choose from for all levels.


Squash and Squash 57

Intro to Squash 57 continues. Wed night squash league continues and new ladder launches. Social squash event Fri Mar 20 too! Check the squash bulletin board for more details. Learn more about Squash57 and give it a try! . Contact us if you're interested in squash at LRC.

Gym

Did you know that there’s over 2000 pounds of free weights in our gym? Learn more about our powerlifting equipment and some of the benefits of this type of exercise here.

GORD’S BIRTHDAY BASH!

Meet member of the month Siddhi Modi. Powerlifter, mindset builder and Lakeshore strong. Sid has been powerlifting for 3–4 years, but her journey didn’t begin with barbells and competition platforms.
