Latin Line Dancing continues in July and we're honoured to be supporting the Lakeshore Women's Triathlon again this here.


Get inspired by Super Member Adelyn MacDonald who uses Barre and Pilates for strength training and more as she prepared for Celtic dance competition

Evening Classes

Regular class schedule continues. And remember each class you take in July adds to your Summer Streak progress. Details at the front desk. Latin Line Dancing continues on Wednesday’s 6:30 to 7:30 pm! Check out the full class schedule.


Squash & Pickleball

SQUASH: Squash Ranking Ladder continues and Wednesday Night League playoffs happening this month. Plus, Friday Night Squash!

PICKLEBALL: Juniour Program JULY 7 TO 29 | Ages 10-11: 1 to 2 pm; Ages 12-14: 2 to 3 pm.

Lakeshore Women's Triathlon | JULY 18

LRC is proud to support, again, this year's Lakeshore Women's Triathon. We will be hosting the event registration and offering Yoga here at LRC. More about this event.
