1000 Push-up Challenge

NEW Pilates class series with Lisa O.

We are thrilled to share with you that we have recently launched a new Pilates class series that we believe will be of great interest to you!

 

Certified Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor Lisa Oberbichler will be leading the classes, which are specifically designed to help you improve your fitness and flexibility.

We understand that everyone has different schedules, which is why we have made the classes available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm-6:45pm, as well as Wednesday mornings from 8-9am, so that you can choose a time that suits you best.

​

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to enhance your overall wellbeing and enjoy the many benefits that Pilates has to offer!

Spring/Summer Squash @lakeshorerecreation

Lakeshore Recreation is excited to announce a series of squash activities that are perfect for spring and summer. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned player, have something for everyone. Our Tuesday night instructional series is a great way to dive into the world of squash, and it's completely free! We offer sessions for women at a 2.0 to 2.25 level starting at 6:00 pm, followed by mixed sessions at 7:00 pm for beginners or those rated 3.0 and above. If you're looking for a mix of friendly and competitive play, join our 10-week house league on Wednesdays. Suitable for players ranging from 2.5 to 5.0 levels, this league is a great way to stay active and have fun. Don't miss out on the chance to enjoy these regular squash activities and energize your spring and summer!
