Bluewater Education

Community has always mattered deeply to Gord and Ann MacKay This summer, they are proudly supporting local children and education by helping bus students from Saugeen Shores to the Bluewater Outdoor Education Centre near Wiarton for summer camp adventures.

For Gord and Ann, giving back has never been about recognition — it’s about investing in experiences that help children learn, grow, explore, and create lifelong memories outside the classroom.

From outdoor learning and new friendships to campfire stories and discovering nature, these are the kinds of moments that shape young lives in meaningful ways.

We’re incredibly grateful for people like Gord and Ann, whose generosity and community spirit continue to make a difference behind the scenes.

What a wonderful evening at the 17th Annual Cody Hubert Memorial Golf Tournament

From great conversations and laughter to friendly competition and community spirit, it was another memorable night at Lakeshore Recreation.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who attended, supported, volunteered, golfed, donated, and helped make this event so special once again. Events like this are about so much more than golf — they’re about connection, memories, community, and coming together for something meaningful.

The setting was beautiful, the stories got better as the evening went on , and we’re pretty sure at least a few “professional golf swings” made an appearance out there.

We’re grateful to be part of a community that continues to show up, support one another, and keep traditions like this alive year after year
