Every Monday, Angela captivates participants with her engaging Barre class. What is Tabata?


Tabata,, is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). It consists of 20 seconds of vigorous exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for 4 minutes per exercise. Research shows that a Tabata workout can burn up to 15 calories per minute, making it a time-efficient choice for boosting endurance and cardiovascular fitness!
