Class Descriptions
BARRE - Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that builds strength, improves posture, and challenges your core through small, controlled movements and high repetitions all set to upbeat music. You will feel muscles working in a whole new way - leaving you stronger, more aligned, and just a little bit shaky (in the best way).
BODYBLAST - High-energy Total-body workout; The perfect way to start your week! Adaptable to all levels.
BUTTS'N'GUTS - This class specifically targets your glutes and core, while also delivering a total-body workout.
FOREVER FIT MIX - Monday, A mix of low impact cardio and strength training followed by chair yoga.
FOREVER FIT INTERVALS - Wednesday, Cardio and muscle with a long stretch to finish.
FOREVER FIT STRENGTH - Friday, Resistance training for the whole body.
GET.IT.DONE. - Early morning strength-based tabata workout designed to make you sweat.
KANGOO - Kangoo is a high-energy cardio class that uses rebound boots to make exercise more fun and low-impact. Bounce your way through a heart-pumping workout that improves strength, endurance, and coordination, all while reducing stress on your joints.
LITE FIT - This 45-minute class is a great starting point for older adults, those recovering from an injury or those just starting on an exercise program. The focus is on functional movement, balance and flexibility.
MOVE STRONG - A mobility-focused strength class designed to improve how your body moves and performs. Through controlled, progressive exercises, you'll build strength across your full range of motion while enhancing stability and joint health. This class includes floor-based work and is best suited for those comfortable getting up and down from the ground. Light cardio elements may be added occasionally.
MUSCLE CARDIO - This 45 minute class blends strength and cardio to build muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Enjoy a mix of Step, classic aerobics, and HIIT intervals, with both standing and floorwork to improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness.
MUSCLE MANIA - Endurance and weight training come together on Sunday for this great total-body workout.
PILATES - Pilates is a core-focused method that strengthens your deep stabilizing muscles, improves posture, and supports joint health through controlled, intentional movement. This mat-based class (with optional props) is welcoming for all levels - you will leave feeling stronger through your core, more aligned, and moving with greater ease.
SCULPT - Strength-based, stretching is emphasized to increase motion and help achieve a long, lean, toned look.
SPIN/Motivational SPIN - A 45 Minute, coach led indoor cycling class designed to build cardiovascular endurance and lower body strength. Ride through a mix of climbs, sprints, and intervals set to motivational music, with options to adjust intensity for all fitness levels.

YOGA - Fluid movement with a concentration on the breath and proper posture. Unwind with yoga at Lakeshore.
