Here’s how it works:
- private consultation - meeting with a trainer for an hour gives her the information needed to design
your personal program
- initial training - 5-8 sessions to help you learn everything you need to know
- continued training - you're on your own and on your way
- check-ins - having one or two sessions as needed every 6-10 weeks to change your program. It keeps you motivated to continue, avoids plateaus and makes things interesting.

Fit Pack 6 X 45-55 min sessions, School Hours-$228, Premium Hours-$252 Healthy Start 10 X 45-55 min sessions, School
Hours-$330, Premium Hours-$380 Power Pack 1 consultation
+ 9 X 30 min sessions, School Hours-$180, Premium Hours-$200
After initial sessions are used, all future sessions are invoiced as follows: Regular sessions - $33 Regular 1/2 hr session - $18 Premium sessions - $38 Premium 1/2 hr session - $20
