Body Blast
A fantastic total body workout! Muscle, step cardio & abs all in one class |

Boot Camp
Challenging boot camp drills & sculpting moves for a maximum caloric burn.

Intervals of cardio and muscle to maximize your caloric burn with core and stretching included. |

Forever Young 20/20/20
20 minutes each of cardio, muscle strengthening and stretching. |
