20 minutes each of cardio, muscle, strengthening and stretching |

Working on mental capacity, memory, cognitive thinking. 90% focus on mental capacity all while working on a stability ball. |

Total body conditioning using the newest versatile fitness tools. |

Designed to increase energy and flexibility while improving posture and balance. Suitable for seniors and those new to exercise. |

Leah's Basic Training
Challenging boot camp drills, fabulous sculpting moves for a maximum caloric burn. |
