Lakeshore Recreation offers a range of fitness classes at varying levels of difficulty.

Class Descriptions

Blitz
Muscle work, step, low impact, drills, all in one!

Body Sculpting
Total body workout using tubing and hand weights to define and scuplt your muscles.

Cycle Reebok
An awesome 40 minutes workout on 15 indoor stationary bikes. More >>

Forever Young
A light 60 minutes class to increase energy and flexibility, improve posture and more.

Forever Young Muscle
60 minutes class using bands and weights.

Pilates (beginner)
Exercises that focus on your core muscles - the group of muscles that begin 2 inches below your navel and wrap around your front, back and buttocks.

Pump It Up
Group weight training suitable for beginners to advanced, using barbells and weights.

Step It Up
The ultimate in step aerobics

Total Workout
Pump, cardio, abs and stretch! Join in for all or part of the class.

Yoga
A beginner class focusing on poses that flow from one to another at a comfortable pace. Involves the entire body focusing on breathing and meditation.
